Vijayawada, November 3, 2024 — In a remarkable step toward enhancing mental health resources in the region, the Happy Life Counselling Centre officially opened its doors today in Vijayawada. Located near the Sai Baba Temple on the second left road of New P&T Colony, LEPL Inox, Patamata, this new facility aims to offer professional psychological counselling services to support individuals and families.
The inauguration ceremony was held at 10:30 a.m., with a gathering of distinguished guests and esteemed professionals from the healthcare and academic sectors. Among the guests of honor were Dr. Indla Ramasubba Reddy, Director of Indlas Hospital, Vijayawada; Dr. R.K. Ayodhya, Neuro Psychiatrist from Sree Manasa Psychiatric Nursing Home, Vijayawada; Dr. T.D. The Happy Life Counselling Centre, founded by Ms. Kalyani Devireddy, a qualified counselling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate degree in Guidance and Counselling, seeks to fill a crucial gap in mental health support within the community. Ms. Devireddy expressed her vision for the center as a safe, supportive environment where individuals can find guidance and tools to enhance their mental well-being. Her commitment to providing compassionate and professional support was evident as she welcomed the attendees and outlined her goals for the centre.
