1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

a. Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Notice Required: Appointments with psychologists or counselors can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a booked session without any notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

b. How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by:
    • Logging into your account in the app or website.
    • Using the “Cancel/Reschedule” option on your booking dashboard.
    • Contacting customer support at [support email].

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

a. Monthly or Annual Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account settings.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing cycle.

b. Trial Periods (If Applicable)

  • If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • Once a paid subscription begins, it is subject to the regular cancellation terms above.

3. Refund Policy

a. Non-Refundable Services

  • All completed sessions with professionals are non-refundable.
  • Digital content (including guides, videos, assessments, and educational modules) is non-refundable upon access.

b. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error or encountered a technical issue that prevented access to the service.
  • A professional missed a session without providing a reschedule option.
  • A session was cancelled by us and no alternative arrangement was offered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident by contacting our support team.

c. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate these terms.

4. Service Modifications and Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel sessions, subscriptions, or user accounts due to:

  • Breach of our Terms & Conditions
  • Technical or operational disruptions
  • Professional availability

In such cases, appropriate refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
