1. Scope

This policy applies to all physical products ordered via our website—such as books, educational decks, workbooks, and institutional kits—delivered to individuals, schools, colleges, universities, or other educational bodies.


2. Order Processing

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of receiving full payment.
  • Orders placed before 12 PM IST Monday–Friday are typically shipped the same day; orders after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship next working day.
  • You will receive an email with shipment details, including tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Fees

  • We partner with reputable courier services across India, and international shipping partners for overseas delivery.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Weight and dimensions
    • Shipping destination (individual vs institution)
    • Chosen service (standard/express)
  • Free standard shipping is available within India for orders over INR 2,000, unless otherwise noted.
  • Bulk orders (10+ items) may be eligible for preferential rates—contact support for customized quotes.

5. Shipping to Institutions

  • When shipping to schools, colleges, or universities, please provide:
    • Full organization name
    • Contact person’s name and mobile number
    • Complete delivery address (including relevant department or block)
  • Institutional orders may require additional handling time or separate shipping instructions.

6. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items that are stocked in different locations, they may ship separately.
  • Each shipment will have its individual tracking, and you will be notified via email.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, the courier tracking link will be emailed.
  • You may also log in to your account and check the “My Orders” section to view current delivery status.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside India may be subject to:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • Local shipping fees
      These are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the recipient.

9. Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

  • If delivery is missed due to incorrect address or recipient absence, the courier may attempt re-delivery (where possible) or return the package.
  • Reshipment to the correct address will require an additional shipping fee.
  • If delivery is refused or unclaimed and returned, reshipment or refund will be processed after deduction of shipping costs.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect your items upon receipt. Report any damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Photos of the exterior and contents
    • Courier tracking details
  • We will initiate a replacement or refund once verified.

11. Canceling Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched to receive a full refund.
  • If already dispatched, items must be returned unopened and in original condition (at your cost) for a refund, minus shipping charges.
